Updated Membership Form

We have updated the membership form to have an option of  "NOT SURE YET" for those of you that are not sure. If you could please update your form by refilling it and using the contact form all the way at the bottom of the page. In the comment section you just need to put let us know "I resubmitted my membership application and submitted it with my new competition (what ever you fixed from the old one)" and we will delete the old one and leave the new one!
